Unsal Makina, which opened its second factory in 2023, starts the new year with big goals

Ünsal Makina, which is among the Turkish brands that have opened up to the world in the power transmission sector with its pulley production at European standards, is crowning the investments it has made in production over the years with its second factory, which was commissioned in 2023. The company, which has accelerated its rising growth chart since 1972 in the last 3 years, worked with 12 countries in 2020, and today exports 60 percent of its production to 32 countries. In addition, reflecting its growth in employment in the last 3 years, Ünsal Makina, while working with 85 full-time employees and 4 engineers in 2020, will serve with 140 full-time employees and 17 engineers in 2024.

Ünsal Makina, which produced in its factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters where the CNC line, warehouse and headquarters are located until last year, is crowning its investments in the production line with its second factory built on an area of 20,000 square meters, which it commissioned in 2023. The new factory, which includes the foundry, also includes Ünsal Makina's new automatic lines. Ünsal Makina, which aims to experience major changes in its 2024 targets with the commissioning of its automatic line, is working with a capacity of 2 thousand tons in 2020 in terms of annual casting capacity, and plans to achieve 11,000 tons of casting in 2024 with its new investments. The company, which will combine automatic molding investment with the implementation of the reclamation line, aims to make a competitive decrease in product prices.

Ünsal Makina, which appeals to a very large market in terms of quality with its production at European standards, provides many certificates such as material certificates, chemical analysis, balance reports and paint reports according to the demands of its customers. In addition, the brand, which always prioritizes education, also contributes to the development of its employees with trainings such as SPC / MSA and FMEA.
